How to Use
- 1. Clean & Dry: Clean the damaged glass area thoroughly. Remove any loose glass fragments from the chip using the included pin.
- 2. Set the Bracket: Fix the suction-cup applicator device directly over the center of the chip/crack.
- 3. Inject Resin: Screw down the resin chamber, drip 5-6 drops of nano-repair fluid inside, and turn the pressure driver to push the resin into the crack.
- 4. Apply Curing Film: Remove the device, place a drop of resin onto the surface of the chip, and cover it immediately with a curing film (no air bubbles).
- 5. Cure & Scrape: Move the car into direct sunlight (or use a UV light) for 10-15 minutes. Once hardened, peel off the film and gently scrape off the excess resin with the razor blade at a 45° angle.
Important Precautions
- ⚠️ **Do not apply in direct sunlight:** The resin cures instantly under UV rays. Always do steps 1 to 4 in a shaded area (like a garage) before exposing it to daylight to cure.
- 🚗 **Ideal Damage Types:** Best suited for small bull's-eyes, star nicks, half-moons, and cracks not exceeding 30 cm (12 inches) in length.
- 🛑 **Safety Warning:** Avoid eye and skin contact. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
